CT8622K is a capacitive in-ear detection touch two-in-one chip with voltage detection reset function. Manufactured by CMOS process, built-in voltage regulator and de-jitter circuit, high reliability, designed to replace light sensor and traditional key switch. With ultra-low power consumption and wide operating voltage characteristics, it is widely used in touch products for TWS and DC applications to realize product intelligence.

      This IC has three detection input channels: in-ear detection input, touch detection input, reset voltage detection input, ear-in and touch mutually use an output channel, fixed to open-drain output low-level active mode.

      CT8622K has two package versions: CT8622K-S is SOT23-6L, and CT8622K-D is DFN2*2-6L. The internal structure and functional modules are the same. The two packages are convenient for customers to choose from different product structures.
